Mr. Watson graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1984. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and was an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review. He belongs to the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations and has been in practice since 1984. He is also actively involved in his community, having participated in the United Way and served on the Board of Directors of the Central Washington Service Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Mr. Watson also served as a trustee of the WDTL. He is a current member of the Construction, Insurance, Employment and Product Liability Section of WDTL.
